The parts are made available to the robot thanks to an inlet conveyor (above) and exited from the cell by a second conveyor (below).
A 2D camera allows you to precisely locate the parts on the input conveyor. The vision system is capable of recognizing standard shapes (square, rectangle, round ...). Detection is based on the shape and dimensions of the parts.
In combination with electric grippers , this parts delivery system no longer requires no robot setup . Just drop the pieces on the conveyor and production can start.
